We enjoyed a trip to Lake Arenal and the Volcano today. We are staying in La Fortunata area for the next two nights.
We had wonderful sights on the way here. We saw howler monkeys in trees on the side of the road and a large toucan bird. Again, I hope to post pictures later.
Tonight we are going to the hot springs and then hope to get a good view of the volcano.

That is so cool you saw monkeys. Remember to bring back two of each kind, you know, for the ark I'm building in the front yard.
